Cheese from Bermondsey Spa
Three weeks into the new year and my resolution is still firm.
Although my resolution is still firm, only Cathare and Perail are actually French, from Mons in Bermondsey Spa. The Bermondsey Hard Pressed is a alpine-style cheese, with a cheddery flavour, made in Bermondsey at the Kappcasein Dairy. The rest are Swiss from Kase Swiss.
